Knick knacks and fragile items?

Depends on the item. I have a mirror that I wrap up in a towel and put in a cabinet. For some other knicknacks, I use a washcloth and nestle it in a small Tupperwear container, and then put that container in a drawer with other items so stuff shifts fairly little.

We use a product called museum putty, museum wax is probably the same it is at Lowes or similar type of store. We use it on the light stuff only but we do put away the other knick knack stuff a PIA but just part of setting up or getting ready to go. We like shoe boxes and bubble wrap and have a drawer to put it in and also under the couch is a safe place too.

Quake Hold (Google it) is a brand of Museum wax which you can find in some Big Stores (Again Google for the company link and go from there) it works very well.

Me.. I have two kinds of cute things.. Bolted in place and packed away.. Only a couple of very rugged and very small things are left out (They can be stowed in a drawer for long-distance drives).

I just bought a piece of Decorated wood. It has some lettering on it

I wrap mine in spare pillow cases and store them in a cabinet when traveling down the road. Stuff rides fine and have not had any breakage. Fulltimers like knick knacks too.

Some full timers have no home to "leave it".
I use either the quake putty or some stuff called sticky tacky or double sided tape. It keeps everything in place. I try to keep the knick knacks that need to be put away to a minimum. The ones I do have are treated just like the crock pot and coffee maker on the kitchen counter. Everything is put in the sink or on the bed. No worries.

Leave them at home. It's a camper not an apartment.

DW collects Manger Scenes and wanted to bring a few along, so she stuck them down with double sided tape. Obviously they were not very heavy, but the tape does not show.

We used the putty type stuff to secure the bottom edge of things hung on the walls, decorative items, flower pots, toothbrush/paste holder (ceramic) etc. They have been in place for 3 years and I don't have to put them away when we travel. We are in a class A - gasser which some say have a rough ride - not true if you have the right one.
