L ighter side of things

Went to see the RV yesterday and brought home some things from the fridge. So it qualifies.
Nice and cool this am. No traffic to speak of.
While Wife went to Church, I was a little under and stayed home, someone came by and left about 50 lbs of Pears. I can taste pear preserves, right now.
About four, went and got an ice cream cone and a wife a sundae. Not supposed to eat the stuff but you know.
Everyone was home doing something. No one out. About 80 degrees and super nice. Mountains were clear and a few clouds skirting over them. No one working the fields. Felt like I should have left the car home and walked the nine miles or so. Not really. If it is going to be like this tomorrow. Going to have a cold plate supper, on the porch and watch the sun set and go to bed with the chickens.
  • man what a day - you had all that fun and didn't even step in a pile of dog doo doo. :W

Cool, in my waning years I seem to enjoy the sun set a lot more.
