What needs to be done to get that land yacht beached?
Low tide
Dig out trailer
Jack up trailer
Dig out truck
More than one tow truck
Thinking that just pulling the truck is going to cause bent metal?
Just curious.
Even with my CRV and Jeep I stayed near the high tide area.
Yeah, I would like to see the video of how they get those things out.
Around here people drive on the ice in the winter and drop part of the truck though....Fairly often they drop the whole thing through.
They have people who specialize in getting them out. Make a dammed good living too they do. Costs a ton of money to get your truck out of the lake. Insurance won't pay for it either. Your bankrupt after that happens. - CavemanCharlieExplorer III

I don’t recognize the flag he’s flying, but it ain’t OU or OSU. Looks like the truck has a front tag, and OK doesn’t do front tags.
On second look I think the flag is on the ATV.......whatever
I think the chances are better it’s some SoCal knucklehead. Okies have better sense than that.

See it often at Oceano Dunes near Pismo Beach, California.
Been going on for years and years at Pismo/Oceano.
OP: probably an Oklahoma tourist who wanted to park on the beach,
Nice hard sand at LOW tide - or make a nice turn on the "hard" sand.
Warnings are posted.
Also - probably didn't want to pay the dune "Vultures" for a tow.
Unfortunately - some lessons are learned the hard way.
:( - buckyExplorer IIIt looks worse from the curb side angle. Was it Ross Perot that said a giant sucking sound. That's what it's going to take to get that out of there.
I would unhook and at least save the truck if possible. - JAC1982Explorer

I understand the wife won the RV in a divorce settlement and the husband told her to "come and get it".
