LED Flickers

I had something happen yesterday that has never happened, our overhead lighting in our motor home is LED. Yesterday we were in a thunderstorm and heavy rain. The LEDS ,on and off flickered and completely stopped flickering when rain and storm stopped. This is while on battery power. After the rain stopped lights were on for hours no issue. Any thoughts? I opened each cover and checked to see if somehow it was water, nothing there. These lights are also the ONLY owns that were effected, my standard lights were fine. Any help appreciated. One note, the leds lights are strips. Thanks
