Low Pressure Hotsy Ok for FW?

As long as you're not blowing your seals out, a hotsy on a FW should pose no problems should it?

my detail guy used it on out old boat with no issues, so am i just over thinking this, or is it a bad idea?
  • Commercial cleaners use pressure washers because water use is less and the pressure can help lift dirt. It is mostly about the operation and correct tip selection. You want a fan tip and keep the wand back far enough so damage isn't done. For general cleaning, you want the soap applied to do the heavy lifting and the rest is mostly a rinse.
  • I think every commercial on-site RV washer I've ever seen has used a pressure washer. Usually with a fan nozzle...
  • I would not use a pressure washer on a RV because of the decals, etc..

But, if it was low pressure and you kept the nozzle away from the surface you would probably no okay..
