Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is the only one you will hit with a problem and that's just to turn it off propane before crossing. If you're going to go from DE to Hershey take the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to I-97 north toward Baltimore. At Baltimore take I-695, the WEST loop around Baltimore, and you won't have to deal with the Baltimore tunnels. Once westbound out of Hershey, if the tunnels you're looking at are on the PA turnpike, there are no propane restrictions on those.
