Mister for the awning?

Never heard of it but I think it is a great idea!

I saw a person using one at Morgan Hill TT, the family seemed to be enjoying the cool mist.Some Home Depot use them at the entrance doors they seem to work. If it was humid out I would think that it would make it worse. JMO

Humidity is rarely a problem in Idaho. We are usually under about 20% during the summer. I'll check with HD when we go out in the morning. Thanks.

Have you ever owned a mister? There is maintenance. The mold smell can be stinky.

I have a rigid system mounted under our patio pergola and love it.
It has quality removable, cleanable, replaceable brass nozzles and a pressure booster pump. Quality nozzles and filtering is what makes the difference.

It is usually over 80% humidity here and they work great even in the Houston muggy summer.

The company I buy my nozzles from also sale THIS and THIS that use the same nozzles. May be an option for you.

We had them on our patio at home. Always having trouble with them clogging up and never knew which was the wind was going to blow.
We got some misters that attach to the front of a fan for the RV.
That has worked out great for us,

I used one of these squiggly things that cost $10 from a local HW store.. Worked great for the 90*+ temps we had.. This was after spending the day in the river with the same canopy!

Was in the local Home Depot yesterday and saw the one I bought several years ago. About 15 feet of 1/4" tube with misting heads every foot or so. One end has a female hose fitting the other end has a male hose fitting with a screw on cap installed.

We had some when we lived in AZ and they work well to keep you cool. The problem we found was that there wasn't much you could do except sit under them. No books, Kindles, computers, tablets. Not even playing cards. Things got too wet.
