Mopar Wiring harness 82211156AB

We finally pulled the trigger on our new Class A. I am now trying to get my 2015 Jeep Wrangler setup to tow. I have purchased the mopar wiring harness to install for the lights and turn signals. In reading some posts on one of the Jeep forums, someone said that the cable that runs from the motorhome to the front of the jeep was too short. I measured the cable and it's 6 feet long. I have been looking at the Blue Ox avail for a towbar but they are 2 inches longer than the Alpha tow bar. I'd like to purchase the newer Avail but I am concerned that the distance between the motorhome and Jeep will be too much. I know that each install is totally different but what is the typical length between the motorhome and the tow vehicle?

  • You can get that cable most any knight you want or make your own. When you and the price of a class a, jeep and tow bar together that cable doesn't cost very much so get the tow bar you want and don't worry about the cable.
