New Trailer Quality Control

I bought a new 2019 Coleman 17 RD this spring and finally got it about a month ago. Unfortunately the dealer couldn't give me the orientation tour due to social distancing, etc, I understand that. The one picture I should have taken, didn't cross my mind at the time, the front driver side window had about 4 inches of butyl tape missing between the window frame and aluminum siding, water could just pour in there. Thats when I found about half of the screws holding the 2 pieces of window frame together were completely stripped out. I have enough smarts to re align the outer frame on the body, applied the tape and got it sealed properly. I also took the diffusers off the taps, ran the water and what comes out but wood chips, oh joy, now I wonder what's in the water heater and water tank. Last I had my suspicions about the water connections, sure thing, the only 2 that were tight are on the water heater, kitchen hot and cold, bathroom hot and cold, toilet water were barely finger tight. The 3 on the water tank and pump, same thing. Now I have to take off the shower taps to check behind the wall. This trailer was built by Keystone a division of Dutchmen RV. No, I'm not taking it back to the dealer, Layzee Acres RV, an appropriate name for them. Not even the basic clean up was done inside the trailer. So when you go to buy new, take your time, I couldn't because of the Covid disaster. Can't blame the build condition of this trailer on the situation, it was made well before that. My belief in American prowess in quality has gone right down the toilet.

Missing caulk on top of the water tank inlet

7 of the 15 screws holding the window frame were stripped on inside. I had to drill new holes and replace screws.

Caulk missing in the corner of the shower stall

Bare staples in the shower stall

No caulk whatsoever at the base of the shower stall

Hard to see but saw dust and pieces of wood stuck between the shower stall walls and floor pan

Plywood sheet cut too short that goes under the cushion of the dinette, your butt will fall into the storage space.

didn't count them all but at least 50-75 of these little metal shards laying all over under the mattress and seat cushions, on the floor, etc.

Maybe one of the mods can make the pictures bigger to really see the lousy workmanship.

MOD'S EDIT: I can't do much with your pictures because they're so small. If I blow them up, they just get blurry like this last one.
