Just wanted you to know that I received an email from Good Sam and my questions have been answered. As for calling them, I agree that is an option but Good Sam offers three contact options and any one of them should work.
And I didn't really place my question here for you good folks to answer. I place it here figuring Good Sam would see it and respond to me which is exactly what they did. So its all good!
Never did hear from Essex, I'll never understand poor customer service I just never will. Who is going to do business with a company that you know in advance doesn't service their customers.
