No,If it was their own trailer,the mess either would not be there, or cleaned up when it happened. The black tank would have been clean, the fridge would have been running and cool, the maintenance and repair would have been completed.
Rental experience is not at all equal to ownership!
Ownership is not just a breeze. While the OP discovered the issues last minute and had to deal with them. If he owned the unit he would still have had to discover issues and deal with them.
