If you're still working a full-time job I would advise you to definitely get a seasonal site in a RV park. I also question why you would leave your dog cooped up all day long in a small RV on a parking lot. Dogs thrive on companionship and exercise. This isn't fair to your dog. If bored, they will be barkers. As you stated, your dog will need air conditioning at some point. If you park at public places you only do so for an overnight and then you leave. You don't make it your own private campground. You will definitely get cited if doing that.
