^^Just to put this in more simple terms...some people are just more willing to put with other folks BS than others, when serving the public. This is even more obvious when dealing with CG ownership/management situations.
I enjoyed dealing with the public, selling motorsports. Obviously, handling complaints, not as enjoyable as a happy customer! As mentioned, a reset is useful, moving from one customer to another.
