Pinched Door Seal

Some how the rubber door seal was pinched between the door frame and the door and will not go back into shape. Every time I close the door the seal gets pinched between the door and frame. IV tried to roll it back into shape but with no results .

Anyone out there ever had this problem and fixed it ?
