Portable single burner propane cooktop?

We sold our Road Trip grill over the winter and got a Weber Q. We could cook in a pot or use a frying pan on the Road Trip but not the Q. Wondering if there is a simple, basic and relatively compact single burner cooktop that we could put on the picnic table beside the grill? We use a quick-connect to the low pressure line under the TT so need to be able to run a cooktop off that by modifying it as needed.

Thinking of something that looks like this one. Not seeing anything else around. Any suggestions? Maybe wind is a problem with these?
  • I don't have a suggestion to a product but I do have two portable dual burner cook tops and a Coleman griddle affair. All of them work well for cooking. The Coleman is especially good at cooking sausage or hot dogs as the cast iron top can be flipped to it's ridged side. It has wings built into the top ala' the old gasoline Coleman camp stove to block drafts.

Really, any small gas ring would do the job. The elegance is all in the case mounting, pan grid, and valve arrangement. Good luck on finding a worthwhile stove top. I would suggest that if you find one with a cast iron ring, the longevity will be longer.
  • We have the second single burner shown above and it works great with our cast iron pans. I had a piece of sheet metal that fits around the burner to stop any wind. I store the burner in a milk crate and the wind guard slides and fits just inside the crate.
  • I've never seen a low pressure unit like that- most are like this one (looks pretty neat):

    That one looks powerful :)

Or there is this- I have the 2 burner version which works great-:
