I posted a reply around 3 pm today it was on here now its gone,what gives?

Sometimes it just doesn't get posted. Its a glitch in the git-a-long that happens. But did you go to MY FORUMS and then MY POSTS and see if you could find it that way. Don't be to quick to blame the Mods as I think they are pretty darn good.
