No RV heat pumps currently available work below freezing, there was one model that worked down to 24F but it's been discontinued for years since LCI gobbled up the manufacturer. Even then at least for me it wouldn't do much good, we just got to 25 degrees at 1pm today, temp this morning when the trailer was heating up was 3 =)
