I live in Minnesnowta. A lot of people forget how to drive during the summer and fall. Then winter comes and it seems they all need to relearn how to drive in slippery conditions. Reminding them how to drive in the winter doesn't seem to do anything :)
Besides, it's not everyone that forgets. Obviously you remembered.
