Question 2 - What are the cons for your situation?

Cons........
1 should have done it sooner. Health issues now.
2. Getting MH serviced can be a problem, or if a repair will tie it up for more than a day.(some, shops will let you stay with your unit, do not count on it tho).
3. Making new friends, only to lose them as you both travel on..
4. Travel constantly, or sit for months at a time, both have cons.

As I've said repeatedly, my CON might be your positive. And BTW, we've been at this FT thing for years and the only CON we can think of is that we didn't do it sooner.

No one can begin to tell you a pro or con that is valid for you. You are the only one who can answer that question.

All our tools fit in a small 1x2' bag.

I've noticed the CONS aren't really Cons, but things to keep in mind that have to be done or planned for in advance. Common maintenance adjustments are a common thread of the fulltime 5'ers and coaches which would imply the need to carry certain tools. It could be too easy to try to carry too many tools, except of available storage. Which tools would you always have with you? Which would be in the "won't need it all the time, but ought to have it enough of the time" that you'd make sure to have one (or a set) with you?

Cons - our bucket list manages to get longer rather than shorter the longer we travel. We started out with a plan for a six month trial run. We added a year on at the end of that. Then another year. And still, there is so much we haven't seen or done, we will be going for at least another year after this one.

Not really any cons. See setup in signature below. 2 adults and 2 big dogs can get cozy but we enjoy their company and that they are a deterrent to unwanted visitors. DH usually goes to bed before me and gets up earlier so for a few hours we have our space when camping. The mobility, smaller footprint and ability to Boondock and go off paved roads is why we chose our rig. Happy trails.
