Question Regarding Purchasing thru Wholesalers

For those who purchased a TT/FW through wholesalers (RV Direct, RV Wholesalers, etc.), do the trailers come with full tanks of propane and a battery? I have a quote for a TT through RVD, and I'm tryin...

After my local dealer was a dud and my issues mostly have cropped up when I was between 500 and 900 miles away from home - I'll happily go with a wholesaler who is used to remote support vs. a local dealer who isn't (or in my case, sucks totally).
