Any recommendations on where to go to get a wastewater tank (the bigger the better)?
Looking to make dumping easier on me.
I decided against one of those wheeled blue totes. What I think will be easiest for us will be a tank in the truck with a macerator pump to make the transfer.
If you don't go with a wheel tote tank that has a built in waste gate but instead use a large general purpose tank of some sort you're going to have to fit it with a waste gate. In either case, with any large tank you're also going to have to fool with a waste hose 'cause you'll never be able to move it when full. Instead I have a set of portable 7 gal Aquatainers labeled for the purpose of collecting any macerated black / grey water I may want to offload using my Flojet Waste Macerator Pump. When full each container weighs just 60 lbs, is easy enough to lower from truck tailgate to the ground. Just tip the 'Tainer to empty into the sewer inlet, no waste gate, no hoses needed at all, simple to flush out. K.I.S.S.
