Removing family motor coach association plaque

Now I am noticing 2 small screw holes in it. I may have to climb up on the ladder to check it out but I sure don't want to leave holes if I remove it!!! We are thinking of getting some kind of graphic design for the back so hoping that will cover up any discoloration.
