Rep. Welch (D, VT) admits government’s flop on ethanol

I remember reading articles years ago that claimed that they burned more carbon fuel in growing, distilling, and transporting the corn than the amount of energy it yielded.
Whether or not they ever even got that issue remedied would be interesting to see.
