Rv back to Keystone for repair, anyone have experience?

It looks like my Cougar will have to go back to Keystone for major repairs on the floor and other issues.

Has anyone had any experience with this procedure or know someone that has? I'm just curious what to expect from Keystone as far as time it took and where you satisfied with the work?

Also, would you recommend picking it up yourself or let them transport it for you back to the dealer.

Thanks

Ron W.
  • One of my buddy's delivers new units. I also think I'd pick it up, knowing him, probably deliver it too....lol
  • I was thinking the same thing, let them tow the unit to the factory and I would pick it up.

  • We have had our unit back to a factory for service ( not Keystone ) if you can arrange to go get it I would do that you would get first hand knowledge of what they have done, our factory went over the whole repair in detail and even showed us a few extra things they did as well. Make a trip out of it as there are plenty of camping spots and things to see in the area.
