I tried reading your article, but with all the pop ups...forget it.

Also have a "pitching party" every so often to get rid of excess baggage that you don't use/want anymore. No matter the storage space the junk will always expand to fill it.

Mine is don't ignore what the DW buys before the trip. We sometimes have five or six of a staple because she wasn't sure if there was one in the cupboard. We like Trader Joe's breads and we can start off with 3 loaves for toast and sandwiches, too much for just two of us and TJ's bread has no preservatives so that means moldy bread. I love her dearly and if she didn't impulse buy and stuck to the shopping list it would be great. So I suggest, plan meals, inventory supplies in cabinet and the shop by the list.
