Back to the Prescott area. Where you will be leaving an RV unattended for days at a time you could be vulnerable to things freezing up and that is no fun to come back to after a flight and a 100 mile drive. Or you could winterize every time you leave.

Couple comments. I'm going back to Ben Avery being a priority for the OP. Round trip from Queen Creek or most of the east Valley would be a 100 mile round trip.
As to Sky Harbor, I fly in and out every week. Nothing to it. Not sure why you feel it should be avoided at all costs. Guess we must agree to disagree.
