We left ours for four months at a storage facility near the 303 on Northern. Also just down from where we stay for the winter is a good facility called Coyote Storage on El Mirage Road. Very close to Sun City West.

You also have RV Harbor off of Bell rd and Grand Ave. Paved, covered, with power and dump station. Managers live onsite, electronic checkin/checkout, nice folks to work with.

We have a home in Sun City West as well.

The Sun City RV Compound is an incredible deal if you are a member of the Recreation Center. Located a short distance off Bell Avenue. When I am in town, I store my RV there and the cost is based on RV length and as I recall it is something like $140 a year for my Casita Travel Trailer. They have air, water, dump and wash centers there. Security is excellent there with electronic check in and out.

Orangewood RV Center is almost next door with propane and anything else you need.
