Hi. We paid by the year, $5500 for a 75 foot spot.

They also have monthly, quarterly, and semi annual rates for pretty much any size and the amount of weather protection you want. There are no enclosed spots though.

Best way to check is go in and pick which spot you like, and they will give you a price on it.

It is an all asphalt lot with very, very high brick walls. There is a wash bay, fresh water, dumps, ladders, power outlets, plug ins for battery chargers, or 50 amp, or they will supply you with anything else you need.

It is 24 hour security, someone always lives there, with a couple German Shepards let loose after hours.

The complex houses everything from pop ups, boats, to quads, and million dollar coaches.

Everyone looks out for one another and we sleep very well at night knowing our babies are safe and secure.

The management are very nice people who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Let us know if you have any other questions for us.

I'm curious how much y'all pay.

Northwest houston area they'll get 199 for (roof) coverage in a gravel lot w/ a shared 120vac outlet.

I found fully enclosed (private bay) w/ a dump tank & wash bay on the property for $250 (50x15 ft) w/ a private 50A connection (shared 120a).

50x20's in the same lot go for 350 a month.

North Phoenix off the 101 and Cave Creek is where we keep ours.
