- mileshuffExplorer2C = 35.6F. But +/- 2C = +/- 3.6F. Whomever wrote the specs forgot to subtract 32F.
- dwayneb236ExplorerCool, been needing one. Got it ordered. Thanks.
- navegatorExplorerBought one years ago, never failed and I can use it to read in Fahrenheit or Celsius, just do not point it at peoples eyes or aircraft these suckers have pretty powerful lasers.
navegator - subcamperExplorer IIThanks for the heads-up on the thermometer.
I just ordered one.
And with free shipping too.
I have a Harbor Freight one that I paid about $30 years ago that I use often. However, I have only one and have to remember to put it in the TT when we travel. Having a second one in the house means I can keep the HF one in the trailer.
Steve - spoon059Explorer IIPerfect, thanks!
- Yeti_plusExplorer2 C is 3.6 F So definitly a missprint.

That would be +/-3.6 degrees not +/-36 degrees.
The specs state;
Accuracy: +/- 2% or 35.6 degree F (2 degree C)
Do you think its a misprint, or is it that far of a swing? - gboppExplorerThanks. :C

They are much more accurate than that, probably within +-5f.
Thanks for posting... I've looked at them before but never bought. The specs say that it is accurate +/- 36 degrees Fahrenheit... that seems really inaccurate to me. Is that about what you can expect from these things? - bgumExplorerThat would be +/-3.6 degrees not +/-36 degrees.
