They had some little scooters at Pep Boys. I don't know if they are elctric/gas or whatever but they were small enough!

We use these:



They are e-zip brand and that particular one is a 750 watt scooter. You can find them fairly cheap ($100 - $200) On Craigslist. New I think they are $299 at Academy Sports. You can also find the same thing made by Scwinn, I just can't remember what they called them. I have one of those as well in a 350 watt that does just fine.
These actually ride in the 5er with no issues.
Obviously you aren't going to hop on it and run into town for something. But you can't beat them at the campground to get around on.

Not sure what you mean by "little motorbike." I use a 125cc motorscooter (commuter vehicle for a couple years) but at about 250 pounds, it is not something I can throw around.

You might find 50cc scooters a bit under 200 pounds, and 150-200 was typical for mopeds. Still a lot to be tossing about, but can be pushed up a ramp.

When you get smaller, you start running into "must be street-legal, licensed and insured" to use on roads in public campgrounds, but if you go electric, particularly electric bicycle, there are usually exceptions.

a mo ped will work. a while back there was a thread on a small golf cart type thingy that took apart and mounted into the receiver. either gas or electric.

A lot of the state, county and municipal parks require those things to be "street legal".

i.e. License plate(s), headlight, tail and brake lights, turn signals and insurance.

We have 2 of those E-zip 750s, shown in the picture above. Bought them from Walmart online.

EDIT : They are electric and have a max speed of 15 mph. Recharge with a small plug-in 115VAC charger simular to laptop charger, in 8 hours.

MD just started requiring licenses and helmets for riding mo peds.

There is always the CRICKET the video in the ad show it being loaded into a SUV or a pickup.

Just another Idea.I'm thinking of getting one to haul on the back of my Class C. I'm tall and I fit in it.

Our moped (49cc) is registered in our home state (they don't issue a license plate) and we have it with us and do use it sometimes. Some parks will not allow any type of scooter,moped,motorbike. Other parks will allow it because it is a legally registered street legal moped, but will not allow anything that is not street legal.

I use my "Roadtrek Electric Scooter",seen below. Actually...it's a fixed-up old X-Treme X-250 electric scooter fitted with wooden board with RT logo, a headlight, and a brake light.

By the way, I have seen our local Costco stores selling good priced E-Zip scooters last summer, they might carry it again.
