Each of my window screens are all pressure fit with clips on the inside of the screen. - Dave_H_MExplorer IIMine work like Don's. That being said, I removed and did not reinstall. Figure that The last thing I would want if the exit had to be removed is ripping the screen off.
- John_WayneExplorer IIMY windows have a plastic channel on the bottom that I have to pull out first before I can remove the screen. Check and see if there is a plastic channel on yours.
- dspencerExplorerThank you DSDP Don, i will work on it today and see if I can get it in. I was afraid to push it very hard.
- DSDP_DonExplorer"dspencer".....There are several styles. Some have a small set of triangle spring bars on one side to keep the tension. On those, you install the spring side first, pushing down and then insert the opposite end.
Another type uses a larger opening than the frame where you often insert the screen into the upper slot as far as you can and then force the bottom in over the lower slot.
No matter which one you have, most require you to insert one end in the slot and then push the rest of it in.
