Getting ready to install flooting vinyl floor in my camper do I seal the floor with something like Kilz or leave the plywood floor as is ? I know I will get good ideas so,thanks in advance
If you are installing it like the factory did, it won't matter. It should be loose laid without glue and just held down around the edges with quarter round or similar trim. There is a lot of expansion and contraction and I doubt any glue will work. The floor needs to be able to move.
I don't see any harm in sealing the plywood before putting vinyl over it, but don't see a reason to do it. I've never seen it done when installing vinyl in sticks and bricks.
