Slideout Problem

One of my large slideouts is hanging up on the top. It is dropping down below the wall face when opened all the way. When I close it it hangs up on the upper wall face and makes a loud bang as it forces its way open. Is there an adjustment to be made? I can't find a procedure for adjusting slides.

I've looked but the "Teflon" looking blocks seem to be in place. Would the slide have to come out to repair?

Pull the carpet back and look for the nylon guides. Outside and look closely. Likely the guide rails have come loose and dropped.
