If you have the room which I'm guessing you would, jump up to 14" wheels and tires, that would give you a little more load capacity.

I have some room to spare, but when these blew they were really close to doing some damage.
The difference between 175/13, and 185/13 is under an inch in diameter, but ups my load rating about 160lbs per tire.
That should at least give me some wiggle room.
Plus using maxxis gives me a little more peace of mind.
Had I seen these prices before I would not have gone with Gremax, even if my tire guy recommended them.
They may be good for a lawn service trailer, but I'm not trusting them on a highway trip.

My 5ver had U.S. made Marathons on it and never had a single flat. Replaced them with Maxxis due to age, no issues with about 9,000 miles on the Maxxis. I kept the Marathon spare as a #2 spare in case I ever have to use my Maxxis #1 spare, the Marathon spare had also never touched the ground.

Like Mitch, I've been using etrailer.com for my last couple sets of trailer tires. Have Kenda Karriers that have been good so far. May wanna check them out and if you can jam some larger,mh evoked tires of the 14" D load flavor, you will have plenty of capacity. Lots more D rated smaller trailers out there now than years past.

I went to etrailer.com and ordered these in the 175/80/13 LR D size. They were $105 each mounted on new white spoke wheels. Free shipping too.. :)

They have a load rating of #1610 @ 65 psi.

I put these on my #5000 GVWR TT. It weighs every bit of that too, if not a tad over... ;) This is my second set. First set went 5 years and one tire started to show sidewall cracks... My fault.. I never covered them and it was on the sun side when parked at home... DOH... The new tires are now covered while parked! I used one of the other good tires as the "new" spare.. Considering my old spare was about 12 years old, but never touched the ground, ever..

If you have space to go bigger, and your wheel width is adequate for the new that's what I recommend.

I have carlisles on my enclosed cargo trailer.
I found the maxxis online for $64 ea plus shipping etc.
Shipping is under $14 per if I have them shipped to a tire shop.
Sounds like it would probably end up @ $500 out the door.
