Heck, I'm a bachelor, if I'm out camping I don't change my underwear every day. Why?
Or any of my clothes. Sometimes,,,, I even sleep in them. Unless they are too covered in worm or minnow slime or something like that.
It depends on how hot it is of course, along with how much exercise, and other things I may have been been doing.
Of course, if I was the sort of guy that was hitting the bars looking for love (or the red light district) then I would shower and change every day.
Towels? I carry a few, dry them out over tree branches, and use them over. I wash them once a year.
I always have a back up change of clothes, including a towel and swim suit in my tool box of my pickup if I need them.
Before anybody freaks out too awful, awful, bad , remember, I'm just a weekend camper. I'm back home every Monday for work.
