Tire covers while storing 5th wheel for winter

I think tire covers are a good idea . Keep my tires covered when parked more for looks really as tire damage from so many things gets negated by replacing by age rather than condition.
We wore out a double tire set and replaced with individual tire covers from WalMart . I probably will get another dual set as after installing realized my X-Chocks won't work with the individual covers on :S
