Hey Guys
Anyone have personal experiences with these tires? Or just know anything about them? They came on our new 5th wheel we bought from a dealer last year. How bad are they? Going on a long trip next month. I always keep them covered and always have them at max psi 65. Thoughts
How lucky do you feel. Haven't dealt with that brand myself.
I have a 2016 Jayco 23RLSW that came with China bomb Ranier ST tires.
Ran them for 2 years with no issues.
Last summer we did a 8700 mile, 2 month coast to coast road trip and I decided to replace them with Goodyear Endurance ST tires before we left.Stayed the same size but went up 1 load range.
Would the Ranier's have lasted with no issues? I didn't want to find out the hard way in the middle of nowhere, with part of the siding damaged.
It was a hot spring & summer on the trip. Heat is the killer on tires.
Good maintenance goes a long way. Check pressures daily on the road.
I always cover my tires also and use Aerospace 303 protectant, which doesn't contain silicone.
It's a roll of the dice for sure, but I wanted to minimize any issues that might happen and ruin my trip that I had been planning for a year.
