First, it is recommended that all tires be the same on a given axle. It would be best if all 4 tires were the same (or in the case of duallies, all 6)
On the trailer, so long as they are paired on an axle, yes. On a 4X2 tow vehicle, so long as they are paired up, yes, but on 4X4's, all tires ought to be the same.
Just an FYI: There is no guarantee that the rolling diameter of tires of the same size is the same - or even close enough. It has been known for some tires to be quite different than the usual and still branded with the same size.
