What I believe the OP is trying to say, ie how much a DOT/SP officer will enforce a typical tire max. I'm personally not willing to believe this, per the local SP/DOT officers I have had to deal with. The 235 tire as mentioned, is 9.25" wide, but I get a max of 500 lbs per inch of tire if a single, and 600 if a dual, so 9250 on a single tire axel, or 22200 lbs, which would be lowered to the max per axel of 20K. Tire max in washington state does not matter, only the Federeal bridge law stds. which is the 500 or 600 lbs per our state law modified.
If it is 700 lb per inch of rim, then a 235 typically has a 6-6.5" rim, or about 4200-4500 per tire, or numbers on par with my quote of 9250 per axel or a bit lower.
I would not trust the above chart to be a legal amount under NO circumstances that I have had to deal with when dealing with commercial enforcement officers and max tire/axel amounts.
