Anything with straps needs to be checked periodically, ask any truck driver. Pull the car onto the dolly until it hits the stops. Set the parking brake. Strap it down tight. RELEASE THE PARKING BRAKE. 25 miles or so down the road stop and check the straps, etc. Check at every fuel stop. You should be fine.
