I believe you'll find that you only have a 5000 towing capacity, regardless of how much the coach actually weighs. The limitation will be in the hitch itself. Will it pull it? I'm sure it will if you don't mind going up the hills with the OTR trucks.
And with that much weight behind you, you'll definitely need a good braking system for the chevy.
