Towing a Honda CRV?
We are being offered a 2013 Honda CRV All Wheel Drive. Not listed in the 2013 Towing Guide. Can it be towed with four on the ground?

- Yes, we tow our 12 CRV awd 4 down, no problems. Just follow instructions in owners manual about cycling transmission through forward gears before leaving in neutral.
We installed a 12v charge line to keep the tiny CVR battery charged.
Ken - Yes, all CRV's up to and including 2014 can be towed 4 down. None after then.
- Read the manual. I believe that year is towable but its around the time when Honda introduced the VRT trans that is not towable.
I thought it was 2016 but read the manual to be sure. - Been towing CRV 2014 since 2014 with no problems.
As stated after 2014 they are NOT towable. Honda went to a CVT auto transmission that is NOT towable.
Subaru did the same thing a couple of years earlier. - What does the owners manual say?

bumpy- I tow a 2013 CR-v AWD, like others have said read the owners manual. If you don't have a manual order one or download one. Dick
