Travel assistance

Any there any opinions on Good Sam travel assistance for medical emergencies? Anyone use the service? Wife and I are thinking about getting it? Thanks

Hey Zip - dunno what you have for a rig - if it's a MoHo, then look at FMCA. They include Evac Insurance as part of their membership - no extra fees (are you listening, Marcus???). Also, Coach Net offers it as part of one of their upper-level roadside assistance plans - still cheaper than the extra $100/year thru Good Sam. That said, I carried the Good Sam plan for over a year, changed out when I found out about CoachNet plan - cost savings all around. Like any insurance plan, you pay for it but hope you never need to use it... ST

    Their restrictions worse than GS.
