Uncompensated Benefit W-2
What exactly does this mean? The way I would interpret that as being a dollar amount for space on your W-2 form just as if they paid you. Correct?

So another words, let's just say I make $500.00 per month and they supply a FHU site valued at $500.00 per month. My W-2 would state I made $1000.00 per month.
