vacation home with an RV site, caretaker, or + in SD
A property we used to manage has had the previous caretakers say they cannot come this year.
The owners have asked me to reach out for someone to take their place.
As I understand, the 50a fhu site is provided for groundskeeping, security. Other costs or duty are negotiable between you and the private out of state owners.

It is a very secure location, 3 sheriffs deputies live on this short private road.
Google earth shows a MH on the site with a blue awning and 2 vehicles. The structure at right rear is a 16x 20 storage building for use of the rv site.
