Many parks have no washing policy. I have ask them if they would allow a person to do a “bucket wash”. If RV is not too bad that works fine for me. Have also had two parks with no wash policy, and when asked said I could wash it and rinse it off with a hose as long as I had a shut on the hose.and didn’t just let water run . Sometimes it just pays to ask.
