Waterfront site ON Cape Cod Canal!
I am helping out by posting this, I am not the hiring rep.
Hubby and I are going back for our 4 th year to the Corps of Engineers gig at the Cape Cod Canal. They still have 1-2 openings for this summer.
You get a full hook up site that is 50 yards from the canal. You are behind some trees for privacy and a gate. Work 3 days 1 week, and 4 the next week. You drive a Gator to do your work.
We clean the rest room at night and make sure it is stocked in daytime. We empty the trash cans along picnic area. If people ask us questions, we answer them nicely but you are not 'stationed' to be a guide. This takes a few hours a day and is an easy gig to hubby and I .
In all the spare time, we fish, bike, walk, read, do photography, walk the beach and nap ;)
The Canal has a 7 mile long, paved service road that the public uses for biking, roller blading, walking. That is where we spend our time!
