WD setup

I set my Reese Dual Cam with my hitch ball at 29". Would it be a good idea to use my air bags to adjust my TV height as load changes back to the 29" hitch ball height before I hook up? Thanks
  • is your vehicle level?
is the trailer near level with the front down slightly compared to the rear?
is the tv front bumper higher than when unloaded?
just adding air to the bags may in-fact remove weight from the front tires, resulting in a lost of traction for turning...

Is it possible you're in the wrong forum. Very few MH's can use W/D hitches.

If changes in TT loading result in any significant change in tongue weight, you should re-adjust the WDH.

You can use the air bags in conjunction with the WDH to achieve a particular rear end height for the TV.
However, you should add air to the bags first and then adjust the WDH to give the desired load transfer.
