They are very seldom standard sizes, but sometimes close to a standard size. Not that standards even help much buying sheets for household bedding, because there is now so much variation in mattress thickness. RV mattresses can be very thin, compared to the tallest pillow-top inflatables.
FWIW I have a 60x75 that is called a "queen" size, a 57x80 overhead (seen them as big as 60x96), a 48x70 (other "full bed" convertible sofas may be as long as 80), and 38x69 (seen other dinette "twins" as big as 42x74).
Yours are almost certainly different.
