What web site tells you what and amount to bring into Canada
Looking to find out what kind of food mostly meat and amount of alcohol I can bring into Canada. I know there is a web site but can't find it.

- we just got back from a 7000 mile trip to Alaska from Oregon. we passed the Canadian customs twice and were never asked about alcohol. we were asked about meat and said we have frozen hamburger and some fish, answer was that's ok.
Jay D. - Half rack of beer OR a 5th per person is the technical limit. But only been quizzed hard about booze at US customs....once....and that chick was just weird. We did get out and count together how many full beers we had left though!
Never been asked about meat, not sure it needs quantified.

- All you have to do is Google Canadian Customs and many sites will pop up.
- And keep in mind that they can, if they think they have to, change things with a few phone calls from HQ to their field offices, and the web site might not catch up for a while.
